How long does it take?

Your song and movie are delivered to your inbox within 3–5 days of ordering.

How long is the movie?

Your movie runs for the length of your song — usually around 2 minutes.

What if it comes across as cheesy?

Every song and scene is built from the details you gave us — your names, the places you've been, your inside jokes. That's what makes it feel personal rather than generic.

What photos work best?

Clear photos from your phone where faces are easy to see are perfect. A few of each person plus some together helps us get everyone looking just right.

Can I include our kids or pets?

Yes! Just add their photos and mention them in your story, and we'll include them in the movie.

Will they find out before I give it to them?

No. Everything is sent to your email only, so the surprise stays yours to reveal.

How do I give it to them?
